I went in with my guard up cuz I’ve been ripped off before but they are actually really good, honest people willing to work with you!! The process was fast and easy. I got my very first brand new Toyota Corolla 2025 from John Martinez and their service department even washes, details, puts air in your tires, gives you a full tank of gas, tint your windows etc all for free! The warranty is amazing too! I get to get all my service work done on my car for absolutely free for the next 6 years! God bless Universal Toyota and all the people that work here!
