I had a very poor experience at this car dealership. It took over four hours to perform routine maintenance, which should regularly be completed in around one hour. Their waiting room is very old and outdated. Doesn't have a lot of outlets and is very crowded. I had an oil change in my car leaked oil the next day with the check engine light coming on. This required me to go in several days later because they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The next services took about five hours to complete from the first time they messed up the oil change. The dealership was not apologetic for the first time the oil change was done improperly and did not offer any reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of being towed. I have never had issues from an oil change before, but this clearly resulted from the work they had done the day before. Overall, this dealership is very inefficient and did not provide the level of services. I am looking for. I plan to submit formal complaints to Hyundai for the lack of proper services that were provided from a routine visit. I would not recommend this dealership location and will choose to take my business elsewhere in the future.
