I needed my car serviced and William Kirchin in the service department was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I needed my windshield replaced along with some service maintenance done and he got it all lined up for me and even saved me money. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Group 1.

Had to send my newly bought vehicle back to their service department three separate times because they could not do the small job correct the first two times. The service department is garbage. Not my words, those words came directly from their own people. However, I do agree with that statement. I spoke with several people to fix the issue and their way of solving it was for me to just keep bringing it back. They could never guarantee it would be corrected and certainly did not check the service department's work or verify they completed all issues before calling us to say vehicle was ready. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

I purchased a Stingray from Lake Country after having a really bad shopping experience at other dealerships. The salesperson I worked with, Ethan, was friendly, helpful, and informative. I felt like the people I dealt with at the dealership were honest and forthright with me and I felt good about the price I was paying for the car. They didn't try to talk me into or hardsell me on a lot of expensive, unneeded extras to pad their profits either. I was treated fairly from beginning to end and was given great customer service. I got a lot of really good advice on how to get the most out of and protect my new car and they got my plates in and on the way to me before the car was even out of the 500 mile break-in period (and I drove it 400 miles from the dealership home!)! Even though it's a drive from where I live, I'd definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to any Chevy buyer who wanted an honest and fair car buying experience.
