Worst customer care. Had my truck for almost 5 months for a recall. Picked up truck with a wrecked bumper mirror and door panel. They did nothing not to mention a drive shaft for a 4x4 in the bed of the truck. Trailer hitch bent looks like the used it to pull a trailer and jack knows it. Was supposed to get a call from owner of lot. Crickets still no call. At 10,000 mile oil change was told rear Ed oil needed to be changed. Lies. The oil change package was told after purchase it is disqualified because it’s an eco diesel. Why was it sold to me so I only received two of the three changes. No one calls you back. I will never purchase from Texan dodge humble.

This is the third time I've had such bad service with this service department! (1). TMP, paid $450 for nothing, when all then had to do replace the monitors which I finally had to myself (3), my visor mirror lights and map light, took almost a year to get that solved, had to pay $1600 over my warranty and and going on three weeks to get my truck repaired at this same service department! If there was another dealership closer, I would go there! That service department know me baye face and name when thy see ne!

Worst experience ever for repairs. Took the vehicle into be repaired came back needing more repairs besides the one we took it in for and was dropped when being repaired by the dealership didn’t contact us to inform us of what happened. Turned them into the BBB got a reply from the general manager Chase Bradley to contact him for a resolution for the problems they caused . Have left ma y voice messages and written messages with no answer on the phone number he gave us to call. Just another one of their ways to get out of doing what is right! Will not return to Pegasus dealership . Letting all we know not to trust or use the dealership either. We’re retired on fixed incomes and the 3000$ we paid for repairs which weren’t completed could be used as a return investment to getting the work done somewhere knowable .
