Every experience I have had with the dealership, - JKSEWELL7

Every experience I have had with the dealership, especially the service department is Above Excellent! I have interacted with a couple of the other Service advisors and Chris the service manager and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated. They also have no problem explaining what's going on with my vehicle so that I understand completely. Michael Hope is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST service advisor I've ever had in all my many years of dealing with Service departments!!!

I had a very easy smooth car buying experience. My sales lady "L" was amazing!! Being great with a smile and great personality is always comforting when you re making a big decision like buying a car. I would recommend her and this dealership to everyone I know!!

Halle greeted me when I arrived for service on my Outback - lwlewis

Halle greeted me when I arrived for service on my Outback —- she was courteous and very professional, explaining the process for my service, from arrival to completion. I really appreciated the text messages updating the status of my service. The waiting room was comfortable and snacks and beverages were available. The service on my vehicle was completed quickly and the check out process was excellent.

I bought my first Subaru a few months ago and selected - Kelly

I bought my first Subaru a few months ago and selected Sewell based on their inventory and interest rate special. I had a great experience and Jack Baldwin was great to work with. I also actually liked the finance guy Jordan, too, and that’s saying something. Honestly they made it a fun experience. (Also James, who was interning with Jack).
