Every experience I have had with the dealership, especially the service department is Above Excellent! I have interacted with a couple of the other Service advisors and Chris the service manager and especially the service department is Above Excellent! I have interacted with a couple of the other Service advisors and Chris the service manager and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated. They also have no problem explaining what's going on with my vehicle so that I understand completely. Michael Hope is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST service advisor I've ever had in all my many years of dealing with Service departments!!! More
