Bailey and Preston were amazing from start to finish during our time at the dealership. The hands on and personal attention to detail were just right and very much appreciated - they listened to my wife during our time at the dealership. As are many levels of the Ascent, they wanted to make sure we left with the one that best suited our lifestyle. When it turned the one we had decided on had some superficial issues that one got canceled we had to pivot to another vehicle... we had not even noticed the issues but Bailey and Preston did and wanted to make sure we got a perfect vehicle. Top notch service and attention to details!! On a side note, the online service is also wonderful. We started out by inquiring online about a trade in, APR plus a particular vehicle that we were looking at and the professional correspondence online set the tone for the excellent service were would receive at the dealership.
