Price was really fair for oil change and fuel system clean. Was advised 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Took exactly 2 hours. Shop did walk around truck with video and commentary and sent when finished. Nice touch.

We blew out two tires and damaged a rim on Hwy20 on our way to Florida. We had to find a Ford dealer and a tow truck close by. Bianca in the service department was able to find tires and a new rim. They dropped us off at our hotel nearby. Also, they picked us up the next day. We feel that Bianca went out of her way to make us feel welcomed, reducing our stress. Bianca kept in contact with us throughout the ordeal, even when we were waiting for the tow truck on the side of the road.Bianca was very knowledgeable about what was needed. She knows her stuff. She topped it off with a car wash! Very refreshing to see someone with great work ethic! Thank you!!!
