We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

I have always heard great things about this dealership from relatives who live in Streator, but I live in Springfield so I thought I would have a wider range of options here in the capital city. Unfortunately the dealerships I visited here to get a Bronco really jacked up the price, even with their "sales" and many people have complained about their terrible service. After seeing some of their shady tactics in person, I made the drive to Streator and have never been happier with a car purchase. I see what the hype is about now. Don told me that he would have driven my car down to me if that is what I would have preferred as he has done for other customers. My Bronco is beautiful and was far cheaper than what Springfield was adding on to the price of their "sale". I am recommending them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a car and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

A big plus is they do an inspection and take care of issues before the truck is put out on sale. Highly recommended if you are looking for a truck.

The communication and willingness from Craig to send video, pictures and full vehicle history to assure me that is car is everything I was looking for and I wouldn't be wasting my time making that drive. He helped me make an out of state purchase as easy if not easier than an in town purchase. Craig held the car for me until I was able to make the drive and take away the stress I was having on missing out on this car. Tom was great, friendly and patient to work with at the dealership when we arrived to test drive and decide if I was purchasing it. I brought my son (a mechanic) that was making sure his mom was getting exactly what I was looking for and he allowed both of us to test drive and answered all of his questions and finished with, "I'd do the same for my mom".
