Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

After we made a deal they filled it with gas and let me keep my personalized plates! There is a button missing and Jeff ordered a new one right then and there and will replace it for free.
