Approximately a year ago, I purchased a Honda CR-V from Honda City. My experience with Jesus and his staff was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone is so nice and great to work with. - Laura Williams

Everyone is so nice and great to work with. Very informative. The only thing I found weird was that they gave me a $25 credit certificate for my birthday which don’t get me wrong is amazing. However, there was nothing I could use it for since my oil changes were free.

They work quickly and keep you informed. - Lluckett1048

They work quickly and keep you informed. They also have great courtesy transportation that dropped me off at work and picked me up at the time of my choosing. I leased my car about 1.5 years ago. I informed the service person that I was hearing a noise in my car and she quoted me a fee of over 150 just to diagnose the problem. The car is pretty new and still under warranty. There should not have been a fee just to tell me if there was a problem.

I leased a car and they delivered the same car but one - tconrath

I leased a car and they delivered the same car but one with a different VIN. They needed to pick up the car from another dealer and I did all the paperwork at night in the dealership. The next day they picked up the wrong car. The other dealer had 2 of the exact same cars and they picked up the wrong one,,,different vin from my contract. They did not catch this until a week later when the other car was being sold. They still have not fully fixed their mistake. Very unprofessional management.

I was told if financing did not go through my $500 - davedamage

I was told if financing did not go through my $500 deposit would be refunded. They lied and stole my money. Also wanted to charge $3,000 to certify the vehicle when it said it was certified online. Sh ady business practices.

I had the pleasure of working with Troy at Zimbrick - islandjessica

I had the pleasure of working with Troy at Zimbrick Mercedes. He was patient, kind and professional throughout the process. I normally hate car dealerships, but he made it the easiest experience for me. If you need to purchase a used Mercedes, I highly recommend you look him up!

I recently had the pleasure of working with John Vang, - JoshuaLH78

I recently had the pleasure of working with John Vang, Chris Loch, Geoff Feinblatt, and Jim Schaffer at their dealership, and I can confidently say they are the best in the automotive business! From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident. I was in the market for a brand new 2025 Honda Pilot, and these four gentlemen made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. They were incredibly transparent about the pricing, options, and features, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressure at any point, which made the experience even more pleasant. What truly impressed me was their efficiency. I was out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes, which is remarkable considering how thorough and personalized the service was. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. I highly recommend John, Chris, Geoff, and Jim to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets them apart in the automotive industry. Thank you for making my car-buying experience a breeze!

I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra - Kyle J

I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. This was my 21st new car purchase I've made in my life. My experience at Richardson Motors made this experience the best I've ever had. I stumbled on to this dealership looking for a specifically optioned truck and one very similar to what I was looking for came up in my search. I learned the dealership was in Dubuque, IA and I have a neighbor that is from there. I reached out to him and he put me in touch with a personal connection he has at the dealership. The truck I was looking at was on the website, but already spoken for, as I found out when I contacted my neighbor's connection. However, I was asked if I would give them the opportunity to source one for me and, if so, were there any changes I would want from the truck I was looking at. I said there were 3 small changes I'd like if I could order one exactly as I wanted. Long story short, they located the EXACT truck I wanted with those changes, made it very easy to agree on a purchase price and the value of my trade, had the truck shipped into their dealership in a day's time and the team took excellent care of my wife and I in all aspects of the transaction when we made the 3 hour drive down to Dubuque. When the time comes to make my 22nd new car purchase, you can be sure that Richardson Motors will be my first choice in securing that next ride.
