Visiting this dealership left a very sour taste in my mouth after attempting to workout a deal with their team. I sat with Sergio who ran the same old tired car salesman gimmicks. He left my girlfriend a mouth after attempting to workout a deal with their team. I sat with Sergio who ran the same old tired car salesman gimmicks. He left my girlfriend and I waiting multiple times for lengthy periods as he claimed to go “check with the manager”. Each time returning to exclaim what a great deal he had worked out with us all the while the price of the car being marked up several thousand dollars over MSRP. After making a counter offer he asked me to sign a piece of paper that looked very unofficial with a ton of chicken scratch on it , in order for the offer to be proposed to his manager. The document stated at the bottom that it was binding, and that I agreed to buy the car. Overall this dealership made me feel quite uncomfortable and uneasy with the whole experience. One week after visiting with them I was able to locate a dealer whom did not gouge me on added dealer accessories and packages, which he stated was not out there. I’d stay away and not refer anyone to do any business with this team. More

I bought a honda civic which I found out that the selling price was $2000 higher than the moroney sticker that was not in the vehicle after we left. A year and a half later, we saw that they took complete advantage of us and added warranties that cost over $4500 of bs that is already covered by the manufacturer for 3 years on bumper to bumper problems. We have gone here 5 different times and each time they refuse to cancel the OPTIONAL WARRANTIES THAT CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME. We are talking with the attorney general office of illinois as this is how pathetic this dealership is as we already bought a different car and had the odometer statement and they still refused which we know is illegal and we will do everything we can to let the internet know about this unbelievable practice this store does.
