My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from - rpompa

My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Don Larson Ford. The experience was literally the smoothest process I've ever experienced when buying a car. Dominic and Chad were both friendly and helpful and even stayed late to help us with our needs on a Saturday. I would recommend them and this dealership to anybody in my family or friend group when looking to purchase, trade in, or even sell a vehicle. They do it all!

I dealt with Jacob Leiting. - Sissygurl35

I dealt with Jacob Leiting. He was rather new but seemed to know what he was doing. I did have wait about a half hour while he helped another customer with her purchase from a few days ago. Other than that he was very professional and fun to talk to. My favorite salesman, Buddy no longer works there so that was a huge disappointment. I will definitely go back to sexton as this is my 3rd vehicle bought from them.

Excellent Place - FIDD

Bought my used car in March 2020 and it was a very pleasant experience. I have been the to service department 2 times since for maintenance and that too is great. I can not say enough great things about everyone I have been in contact with at this place. Will definitely be my dealer of choice from here on out.

Sales representative Gerry was excellent and very... - John W

Sales representative Gerry was excellent and very professional. No high pressure. Purchased a Ford F-150 XLT. The truck was in excellent condition and very clean. A big plus is they do an inspection and take care of issues before the truck is put out on sale. Highly recommended if you are looking for a truck.

Very helpful and polite. - johnmcgee262

Very helpful and polite. Willing to work with on what type of vehicle you were looking for. If they didn't have it, they would go out of the way to find a vehicle and work with you on a fair price for a good serviced vehicle.

I'm happy with Gagne Ford, and guess what I drive a 2003 - Randy Hellenbrand USA Ret.

I'm happy with Gagne Ford, and guess what I drive a 2003 Chevy Trail Blazer and I wouldn't take it to the local Chevy Garage. The Mechanics are the greatest guys ever down there. They always got a minute for you and will, what I relly love, is take a bit of time and peek under your hood, For a quick look see. Take your car here folks. No place better in Princeton then them!! Bad part is those stupid unneeded tariffs. They really drive up the price on parts.

Excellent sales and service staff! - ezeller

I continue to have great customer service at Van Horn. - Thorn60.nt

I continue to have great customer service at Van Horn. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. Our salesman, Fred, was educated on the vehicles we were interested in and we never felt like they were trying to push a sale of something we didn’t need or want. I returned to Van Horn because I had a great experience the first time we purchased a vehicle from them. They have always been professional and took care of any of our questions or concerns.

Great professional service, and people. - skwwatkins

I had an excellent experience working with the folks at - Arejay

I had an excellent experience working with the folks at Napleton to get my 25 F150 XLT. Rich aka "The Gray" was not only a good dude, but a fair and reasonable point of contact with the sales manager Bob aka Big Hoss. Bob was a touch of a tough sell on a couple minor items- but, it's a negotiation, and we reached a very fair price OTD with the Gold Certification I wanted on the truck. Rocco Boberto DiCicci with the slick hair in the finance office was no xx, no pressure- he did upsell an additional warranty which I opted not to take at this time, and he was totally cool about the whole thing. I'm pleased with my new Truck and grateful to the folks here at Napleton for making this a smooth, no pressure, no xx experience.

Our salesman was Joe. - becca3232

Our salesman was Joe. Fantastic salesman. He showed us our truck, let us take it for drive. Even though we got there right about 6pm. They closed that night at 7. The person who wrote our contract was just as good. Couple of things that they did not do was go fully over the truck. Didn't have the book for the truck. Otherwise we had a great experience.

Jon Aguilar was my salesman at Finnin Ford of Dubuque - Bpm5150

Jon Aguilar was my salesman at Finnin Ford of Dubuque Iowa. Jon made this a very stress free and exciting visit while getting me out of a vehicle I had with high negative equity and into a vehicle that was newer and more affordable. Deric in the financing office was equally knowledgeable and friendly. These two gentleman made the car buying experience exciting again. I highly recommend Finnin Ford of Dubuque Iowa and John Aguilar.
