Brooklyn Furseth took care of everything associated with - Steve Seeley

Brooklyn Furseth took care of everything associated with my 25,000 mile check up. She was able to dig out everything I was supposed to get and saw to it that everything was taken care of in the most efficient manner. Her technical expertise combined with her smile and great attitude was most impressive.

Steve Statz is absolutely [expletive] awesome! - The Red Baroness

Steve Statz is absolutely [expletive] awesome! Very friendly, very attentive and helpful. Our experience purchasing the Maverick was smooth, no problems, in and out. AND, he passed my "customer service test question! Example: what's an acceptable ratio of satisfied to unsatisfied customers? Answer: zero! It is a trick question, he passed. Nobody else ive delt with over the years have answered correctly. That shows to me his commitment to providing excellent service. I won't go anywhere else. Middleton Ford and Steve Statz are THE best. I'd leave six stars, but it only goes to five. Keep rockin' Middleton Ford!

Just picked up our new Bronco! - J. Weeks

Just picked up our new Bronco! Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Dan, our sales guy, made working from out of state a breeze (including working on our trade in value.) Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! Sean even took time to talk to us about our experience dropping our kid off at college… really genuine folks at Kunes Sterling. We would highly recommend working with them, and hope to again in the future. Class acts.

When I got home I checked the oil. - rhoughtb

When I got home I checked the oil. It was way overfilled. I took it back ro the dealer and they said they put 4.2 quarts in and everything should be alright. When I just now checked it it was stille overfilled. Will pump it out myself.

McCarthy Ford completely redefined what car buying should - GREGALM87

McCarthy Ford completely redefined what car buying should feel like. John, William, and the entire team went above and beyond at every step. They gave me an unbeatable price, respected my time, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. I now have a dealership I’ll return to every time I need a car. Outstanding service, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares. Thank you, McCarthy Ford—you’ve earned a lifelong customer!

Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. - whitebear682

Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. Found oil leaks, broken upper engine mount and later warped brake rotors on the used car. None of these items were listed on the data sheet. Salesman, manager and service manager argued that these were not really leak or broken parts. Would not talk about reducing the price. Lousy salesmanship. Would not recommend.

Very professional dealers with incredible customer... - morganchafin2

Very professional dealers with incredible customer service. I'm so grateful to have found a dealership whose top priority was their customers' wants and needs. Joe Baker worked incredibly hard to ensure my car buying process was as smooth and simple as it could be.

Milking labor costs- Insurance Claim - Repulsed

Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.

Where do I start? - jillsarcone

Where do I start?!?!?!?! I was on my way from Des Moines, Iowa to the Chicago airport with my daughter and her friend. They are taking the trip of their lifetime to Bali, Indonesia. I drive a Ford Lightening. The App was incorrect about where I could charge. I had 21 miles left on my truck when I pulled into Rochelle with nowhere to charge!!!!! I saw the Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership and pulled in. They came to our rescue!!!!!!!!!!!! They not only let me charge my vehicle there (and keep it there during our trip), but they got the 3 of us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. I can not thank them enough. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I will be driving to Rochelle and doing this from the Prescott Brothers. I will tell this story to everyone I know. They literally saved the day!

Was great to work with Kurt and his team. - gkalbert

Oil change and leaky tire - dale underwood

Unfortunately I hit a curb and ruined the tire. - 3holcomb

Unfortunately I hit a curb and ruined the tire. Brown’s quickly accessed the situation, determined I needed a new tire since a chunk was taken out of my tire and got one ordered for me. Thank you for the great service! Jayce and Ron to the rescue!

Had to have my 2015 Ford Fusion towed in for recall work. - Agiovenco04

Had to have my 2015 Ford Fusion towed in for recall work. Todd and the boys took very good care of car and was transparent through the whole process. I especially liked the fact that I could text or call Todd directly whenever I had questions or to ask for an update. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back in the future.

I returned to purchase my newest truck from Bushnell Ford - garynski

I returned to purchase my newest truck from Bushnell Ford because of one thing… Honesty….Straight shooters. Great Service People & an indication of a well run business is loyal long term employees. Also they actually have Skilled Mechanics there with more than 5 days on the job. 👍👍👍

Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

Bought 3 cars in 45 days from this dealership and nothing - Rdh.

Bought 3 cars in 45 days from this dealership and nothing but good experiences with these guys .. Will recommend this dealer

HORRIBLE SERVICE! - KGoff

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!

Dusty was great and the entire purchasing process was - RKM

This letter was also sent to the Ford Motor Co. in... - jayford59

This letter was also sent to the Ford Motor Co. in Detriot, MI: 1 of 3 submissions My name is Gerald Bradford. I finalized a deal in cash to purchase a new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road pick-up truck from Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on Ashland Ave in Chicago, Illinois on August 11, 2005. I traded in my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 that was also purchased at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. in August of that year. On August 9, 2005, I viewed my new 2005 truck for the first time. It was a filthy mess. I never said a word about its appearance at that time because I was assured on Thursday August 11th that it would be ready and prepared for delivery. I returned to Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on that date to trade my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 in and pick-up my new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road truck. After the transaction was completed, I had a chance to view my new truck again. Due to the weather conditions, I was not able to totally inspect the vehicle the way it needed to be because it was raining that day. When I went home and after it stopped raining, I was able to thoroughly inspect my new truck. I was shocked to find out when I lifted the hood, the engine compartment was filthy and the front grill where the top meets the hood was bubbled, faded, and cracked. The bed of the truck was covered with some sort of tree sap because the finish was so faded and dull they could not initially clean it. All four tires had an average of 25 lbs. of pressure when the maximum air pressure is 44 lbs. Also one valve stem cap was missing on the right rear tire. How nobody at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. ever saw the condition of this vehicle is beyond me.

new truck purchase - secularerate

Thank you Halladas for making my new truck purchase expeirience pleasurable. Thanks to Dean who had the patience with me while I was waffeling back and forth as to which truck to buy. Dean was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was considering and helpful with the information that helped me decide which truck was right for me. I was also very impressed with Sandy the Business Manager. She went the extra mile to help find a loan with the interest rate that was right for me. Of course, I would recommend ( and have already ) Hallada to my friends and as the best place to buy a new vehicle. Jack Schluter

A stressful experience made easy - Dolphin

My car was dying. It's 16 years old and was slowly going downhill. I ended up making the decision to lease a 2017 Ford Focus from Pioneer Ford. The guys at the dealership made the whole experience as stress free as possible. They laid everything out for me, were honest with me in regards to payments and paperwork and all the other information you need when you lease a car. I would never use another dealership. Mainly because, the car i mentioned that was dying, I originally bought it from them over 12 years ago. I'm a repeat customer for life.
