This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership and service department in my entire life.
My Kia Optima has been at Kia Willowbrook for over 11 weeks and is still not repaired, not drivable, and not even correctly diagnosed at this point. They are telling me they still need more time to figure it out. To make matters worse, I was never once able to speak with an actual service manager despite numerous attempts. I went in there today hoping to speak to one of the managers...only to be told they are not there. I also found out that the man, Justin, who I believed was one of the managers this whole time and has been my primary contact so far....is NOT even one of the managers. Apparently, I haven't even spoken to a manager yet.
Despite this, I am now being asked to pay over $4,300 for incomplete and partially unauthorized work—just to have my car released and towed elsewhere.
Completely unacceptable experience with communication, transparency, and service. Zero stars.
