Had a disappointing experience at Ed Napelton Acura. We called ahead of time to arrange for the vehicle we were interested in. Our sales person was Faris who was friendly. Their website listing had clear itemized and final pricing (minus sales tax) and made no mention of any additional parts/ services installed on the vehicle. Unfortunately they tried adding on $499 for wheel locks (which cost a fraction of that at Acura’s parts center). This was misleading and felt deceptive. I wouldn’t recommend shopping for a vehicle here. More

Christopher Mancari, the General Sales Manager, stepped in, spoke directly with the service department, and completely took care of it for me. He was incredibly courteous and helpful in resolving the situation. I give the sales department a well-deserved 5 stars and highly recommend them! More
