She did research, provided added information about the vehicle, worked to schedule a visit according to my needs, and was thorough in her approach, during the whole selling process. She was not pushy, nor intrusive. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The sales experience was ok but the finance experience was terrible. Telling the finance employee I don’t want it translates to him as keep working on me I’m gullible. It made the excitement of buying a new car from the sales employee Edgar absolutely miserable, stressful and exhausting. Finance elsewhere if you can! The sales experience saves this review from being only one star with the service department. I had no issues during my free oil changes but once they were done, the gouging began! They told me I needed a brake fluid flush at 15000 miles which other car professionals told me was unnecessary. I got a tire rotation and after it was done, I noticed my tire making a strange noise. I took it back there, they told me it was a flat spot on the tire and I either dealt with it or but a new tire. I had them put the tires back in their original place so I wouldn’t hear the noise as much, but they just moved the tire over to the other front side. There also is a creaking noise I didn’t hear before the service that now happens when I turn the wheel. I took the car to Discount Tire who ended up giving me four new tires as they said the ones I had were all getting worn down. Ridiculous on a barely two-year-old car, but the price was better. I requested a refund of the tire rotation from Gerald but they only gave me a portion saying I already had a discount. That was a coupon, not a refund. I attempted contact with the service department manager who never followed up with me. My car is still under warranty but I will never buy a car here or get mine serviced here again.
