Service has always been stellar at Evanston Subaru. - Stron10

Service has always been stellar at Evanston Subaru. Lawrence Hedrick ensured our 2026 Subaru Forester’s window replacement (due to stone damage and spider crack) was completed in a timely fashion. When the first window was defective due to a manufacturer issue, he made sure a new window was ordered and installed without the incident. He ensured the eyesight was recalibrated and as that had issues, made sure parts to that device was evaluated and replaced as needed. Lawrence kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you Lawrence fir your outstanding service.

Steve and Chris were excellent to work with, patient and - erin.petersen

Steve and Chris were excellent to work with, patient and HONEST. Steve suggested options on what i was looking for, and helped me compare my top 2 choices. I am hoping for many years with my purchase and will be back when we are in the market for another car.

Just leased my second Subaru from Luke at Napleton Subaru - Debbles1985

Just leased my second Subaru from Luke at Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg. I can say with all honesty that I will never go elsewhere when it comes to cars! Luke is my absolute favorite salesperson, and it is so refreshing to work with someone outside of the normal, extremely pushy salespeople. This is the friendliest, most efficient dealership I have ever gone to. Their service department is top notch as well! If you are in the market for a Subaru, this should be at the top of your list! I only gave 5 stars because they don’t allow for anything higher!

This past week we bought a late-model used car at - Dave S.

This past week we bought a late-model used car at Napleton Subaru in Palatine for our college-age daughter. We like Subarus because they are highly rated in terms of safety. We want to give a shout out to Dan Garcia, the sales rep we worked with, and Perry Kahkesh, who did the financing for us. Both are worthy of five stars (out of five!). We were treated courteously and professionally every minute of our visit. Dan took into consideration every concern we had, especially those of our daughter. We highly recommend Napleton Subaru in Palatine!

The car I came in for was sold out from under me before I - Jon

The car I came in for was sold out from under me before I arrived. I wasn't thrilled, but I didn't let it deter from my goal for the day. I knew I was going to leave with a Subaru Forester Hybrid; it was just a matter of which one. Kenny Butler was my sales associate, and he was great to work with. His manager, Matt, stepped in to smooth things over after the mix-up with the other car. I'll be honest, I felt a little handled, but by that point I just wanted to move forward. But Matt was great. Kenny and I spent time going through the different Forester trims. I knew how much car I needed and what I wanted to spend, and I ended up with a better car than the one I came for without blowing my budget. Kenny also helped me with all the add-ons I wanted. I think it’s really important to know what you’re willing to spend/can afford before going to a dealership. I can see how people end up paying for more than they can truly afford. It took a few hours, but we reached a deal. Yaroslav on the after-purchase care team was knowledgeable and patient, and the service department was also easy to work with. Communication was good, and delivery happened on time, just as promised. Glad I made the Uber trip from Rogers Park.

Absolutely flawless experience. - Vicki

Absolutely flawless experience. Working with Uday was amazing. I was trading in my Crosstrek for....another Crosstrek (I really love this car), and even though I thought I knew everything there was to know about it, I was wrong! He thoughtfully explained and took the time to demonstrate so many features I was unaware of. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

We purchased our 2021 Subaru Ascent from Gerald Subaru of - SV

We purchased our 2021 Subaru Ascent from Gerald Subaru of Naperville, and Ehab was our salesperson. He was fantastic to work with and made the entire buying experience such a positive one. We’ve always spoken highly of our experience with him and said we would return to Gerald when it was time for our next Subaru. More recently, I had an issue with my Ascent that initially left me pretty frustrated, but Chuck and Leo in the service department completely turned the experience around. Chuck took the time to listen to my concerns, look into the situation, and genuinely see what he could do to help. From that point on, both he and Leo were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process, treated me with respect, and ultimately helped get everything resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to have a good experience when everything goes smoothly. How a business responds when there’s actually a problem is what sticks with you, and Chuck and Leo went above and beyond. They turned a frustrating situation into one that made me feel genuinely valued as a Gerald Subaru customer. Between the great experience we had with Ehab when purchasing our Ascent and the way Chuck and Leo handled this situation, I can confidently say Gerald Subaru has earned our continued business. I’m incredibly appreciative of all three of them!

Very disappointing experience. - Iwona.Wymyslowski

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but it ended up taking 2 full hours to complete. What makes it worse is that the service bay wasn't even busy—there was only about one person ahead of me and one person who arrived after me. I have never experienced this level of slowness for basic maintenance before. Making an appointment is supposed to save time, but that clearly wasn't the case here. I expected much better efficiency.
