I bought a cargo van from Al Piemonte and had the best - Jeff F.

I bought a cargo van from Al Piemonte and had the best experience! I had a salesman named Erick Juarez G. who took time to show me several vehicles until I found the one I liked. Not only did he spend the time showing me the vehicles but offered to drive my purchased vehicle to my residence for me because I was alone at the dealership and my wife is disabled at home. He took his time AFTER work to make sure I received the vehicle. Not only was Erick an excellent salesman but a person who truly showed he cares about his customers and will do anything to make them happy. If in the future I need another vehicle I will definitely be going to Al Piemonte in Crystal Lake to see Erick.

Great service from start to finish. - TJ165

Great service from start to finish. I came in for a transmission service and coolant flush on my RAM 1500 Classic. Doug was very personable and provided excellent communication throughout the process. I value the transparency regarding future maintenance items. Overall, a great experience and I feel much better about my truck’s longevity now. Thank you.

Palman has been a good dealership for my automobile - Floge2

Palman has been a good dealership for my automobile repairs. My concern is that on my last visit I was not informed of the surcharge for shop consumables. It was not the amount of the charge that bothered me it was the simple fact I was not informed. My thought is there should be signs posted in the service area by the service desk where the service writers are located to inform the customer can clearly see it as well as the service writers verbally informing the customers this charge will be applied to each invoice.

The staff were courteous, didn't make me feel rushed and - TCommo

I test drove a Ram and the salesman in the passenger seat - Rc Grandpa

I test drove a Ram and the salesman in the passenger seat was talking very negatively about other drivers. He encouraged me to pass another vehicle in a no passing zone. I can't recommend this dealership, infact I would stay away because the employees are scary. I'm old, I don't drive very fast, I was not in a hurry. I wish I remembered his name, just be cautious.

The staff at Fields JDCR are top notch! - Andrew P.

The staff at Fields JDCR are top notch! The purchase experience for my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from start to finish was stress free. Fields does not utilize shady, deceptive, and unscrupulous tactics that other dealers use. I truly felt that sales consultant Keyon had my needs and interests in mind. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thanks to everyone involved in the transaction!
