There was no pressure, and they dealt vary squarely with us.. I really wish this place was better started of great, both the manager and Dustin porter were a disappointment. Apparently appointments mean nothing to this dealership. I took of and set up a day to come out there, just to be told they sold it with a deposit and waiting wire transfer, no call and be given a chance to put money down or any call. Manager called and the smart man must think people just take off work and drive hours to just look at a truck, this place needs a change, Griffin can do better than this. If your on the fence and believe this place values you, your wrong it’s like the manager says it’s just about the money.very disappointing car dealership.

Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000 mi white-knuckle drive to Madison. I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!
