I had not bought a new or used vehicle at a dealership in 46 years. My old car was a 1998 Olds Cutlass. I moved into the 21st century of cars. I was surprised how things changed and some didn't in dealing with buying a car. Darek was very cordial, friendly and great.He explained and showed how everything works, made sure I understood and took time if I didn't quite understand. Jerry explained the electronics and showed how they worked. I was treated well and any issues with the car were addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. The only thing that didn't change was the sell of extra coverage beyond warranty. That wasn't much of a positive for me, but I understand that. All in all I had a real good and pleasant experience. I would recommend and refer people to Raymond!👌👍

Bill Sullivan was extremely patient with us. We did not stop there with a vehicle in mind, in fact, we didn’t even drive the vehicle we would be trading in to the dealership. Bill helped us thoroughly go through various different cars sitting in each seating position to compare vehicles essentially side-by-side. Later we found a vehicle we loved under one of the big tents they had set up and asked if they could back the car out to see the color better because the red stripes on the tent made it difficult to see the actual color. The stars aligned and we decided to move forward to purchase that vehicle. Only problem was our trade-in was at home 30 minutes away. So we finalized a deal with a contingency of them seeing our trade in. An hour and a half later after retrieving the vehicle, they honored their site-unseen appraisal, despite some extenuating circumstances. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with our dealings with them. And we love the new car!

Uptown Service saved one of our work trucks. We were told from a different service center that the truck needed a new motor. Uptown correctly diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in 2 days for less than 1000 dollars. They know what they are doing! While were there picking up our repaired vehicle we met with Sales and decided to purchase another truck.

I would of liked to have my vehicle washed and clean inside over the years all the dealer ships I have done business with always washed my vehicle after it was serviced I have not experience that from your service Dept even wihen I brouth my vehicle last year on 2024 labor day weekend the service Dept said there was no way to do it with out my concent it the brushes on the washing machine may leave some scratches on my new vehicle I've have had very good experiences with kunz but I really think that the service Dept. needs to respect the customer needs anddemans that was promished Imy experience with my sales person was very good very professional and I do appreciate his honesty and curtisty Ryan C is a asset to Kunz Dealership the service Dept , needs to act the same when it comes to its buyers you asked me and I'm telling you how my experience was the top dog in the service Dept needs to brush up on his way he deals with kunz customers Respecfully I am satisfied on the way I have been treated by the staff of Kunz chev.

Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted. I would recommend Jim and the dealership to everyone & I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Jim Eckhard.
