Deven was very conversant in the new Corvette I purchased, and patiently walked me thru all the features and details of operations. Fantastic overview, very patient. However, this car required purchased, and patiently walked me thru all the features and details of operations. Fantastic overview, very patient. However, this car required a long lead time; the communication between GM and Holz broke down at a critical stage in the transaction process and I was left on my own to spend several hours sorting how to remedy an unplanned delivery of the vehicle. I was also handed off to the wrong person / department when it came time to pay for the car, creating more confusion as I received several phone calls and emails from people that shouldn't have been involved who were asking questions that weren't relevant to my purchase. Overall, great car knowledge. Need to tighten up the back-end processes to improve customer experience. More
