My salesman, Andrew Ferguson was very easy to work with. He started our relationship by responding to my query online. After ten or more e-mails over the course of a few days, I went into the dealership for a face-to-face meeting. Once again, Andrew bent over backwards to find ways to make my final payment lower. Then, with assistance from Joe Hanks, the value of my trade in was raised which allowed the dealership to meet the monthly payment I required. This was the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Sundance since 1984. With treatment like this I will continue to return. On the downside (and these things are nitpicking) on the Saturday morning we went to get the truck (with prior credit approval), we were made to wait far too long to get paperwork finalized and signed. Also, the truck had not been washed (but it did have a full tank of gas).

I leased my new chevy trax in july and came in for my first free oil change. I am not one for reviews but I have to share my story. I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!
