I had an excellent experience working with Shane Smith at - aylingbrad

I had an excellent experience working with Shane Smith at Varsity Ford. From start to finish, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized. Shane took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly and made sure I was comfortable with every step along the way. What really stood out was his proactive approach—he even followed up a week after the purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. That level of follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about his dedication. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about doing the job right and taking care of their customers, I highly recommend Shane. I will absolutely refer friends and family to him in the future.

Awesome dealership experience! - Pacifica

Awesome dealership experience! Sales Consultant Jillian Simons and Finance Agent Tom Cockfield made the experience enjoyable. No pressure, no pushing extra items or warranties. Explained each item and I did not select them so they were removed without any Manager being called in. No back room sales session. Deal done right in the lobby from start to finish. Answered our questions and wrapped things up from start to finish in a reasonable time.

I had the privilege of being helped by Nicholas Buck, - Jack Scrivens

I had the privilege of being helped by Nicholas Buck, Service Advisor, at Suburban Chevrolet Of Ann Arbor. And let me tell you, it was a great experience! I'm gonna tell ya about Nick for a moment, Nick is a really special guy, I mean this guy you can look at him and just tell he's a leader of men. He's the kinda guy where when he walks into the room there's just this certain sort of aura about him. He's a really neat guy. I'll finish by saying this, when I go to vote this November for the mid term election, his name better be on the ballot otherwise i'm gonna be really disappointed. This country needs good leaders and nick is that kinda guy.

Moving from Howell to Ypsilanti required local Chevrolet - Jay

Moving from Howell to Ypsilanti required local Chevrolet service center to be changed to Saline. I am happy experiencing customer service beyond expectations. Smiles, friendliness, & willing to communicate. Quick turn around: Wednesday my check engine light appeared. I called then dropped off Blazer overnight for tomorrow morning diagnostics. Thursday I received call and picked up vehicle. Delightful, fast & efficient service. Special thanks to Lori 202 for taking care of this service request. You're amazing!

Huge shoutout to David for making this one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Super responsive, great attitude, and went the extra mile to get everything lined up perfectly. Even handled home delivery which made it effortless on my end. Really appreciate all the work definitely ask for David if you’re in the market!

Shyanne dullock was awesome to work with. I bought a used truck noticed it needed serpentine belt and idler arm she brought it to their attention and they replaced it before I left the yard with it and they were so easy to work with. Great service.

I drove 2. - janjon56

I drove 2.5 hours to purchase my vehicle from Bowman and it was well worth the time! The dealership gets kudos for being comfortable, clean, non-pushy and super helpful in every way possible! Highly recommend! My salesman, Brad, was excellent! I never saw my vehicle -- it was all done on the internet -- and he was commendable to say the least. He never pushed. Gave me all the answers to each of my questions and when I hesitated for a day or two he was patient enough to allow me the time to make up my mind. Unlike other cars I have purchased in the past,, he took the time to explain every single feature to me before I drove away. I give Brad a 10 out of 10 for sure! Don't hesitate to go to Bowman -- you won't be sorry! P.S. I accidentally left my garage door opener there and two days later I received it via Fed Ex. So impressed!!!

I worked with Brian and Sandy in the service department. - Mark B.

I worked with Brian and Sandy in the service department. They were phenomenal! Went above and beyond to get my truck in and out on a busy Monday while understaffed that morning. They could have made excuses and/or made me reschedule. Instead, they still provided excellent customer service. Greatly appreciated. Mark B.

I was in the market for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. There are three Alfa dealerships within an hour of me so I emailed all three asking for pricing and availability. To be fair, none of them got back to me. I was most surprised by Suburban though because I can’t get other Suburban stores to leave me alone when I didn’t a KBB Cash Offer inquiry that got sent to a Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor and Suburban Ford. I ended up buying from another Alfa store. Still sorry I didn’t hear back because they did have the best selection. But I can’t drive an hour each way just to find out they weren’t close to where I needed to be with price,

Legal con artists. - Hannalynn2015

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape and from the get it had the check engine light on. The guy who dropped it off tried to play like it must have kicked on during it's trailer ride to my house, and that the check engine light wasn't on when it was at their dealership. It had burn holes everywhere and terrible tires. They wouldn't fix the check engine light because they said, "if their mechanics fixed it it would void my 60,000 mile warranty with Ford." Which was 100% false. I asked Ford myself and it was an excuse to not fix the car they just dropped off to me. After a year of nothing but problems with these people I voluntarily surrendered the vehicle back to them and they are still trying to charge me $11,000 for a car I no longer have. Don't recommend, unless you want unnecessary stress and a bunch of b.s. excuses from grown men.

I’ll never buy another car from them. - robertcanterbury554

I’ll never buy another car from them. Used cars they sell are junk. Please beware if looking for a used car. Check the car out 100% before buying. I’ll never do business with them again.
