This dealership is incredible. They aren't looking to sell you, but take care of you. Before I started talking about the car I wanted, they wanted to know about me. Tatiana Rodriguez was my sales perspn and they were phenomenal! Then we talked about the kind of care I wanted, my goals and budget, everything. They were able to find me a car for a great deal and then helped include several extra warranties. When we were talking about extra coverage and how it worked, I joked to my sales rep: "That's not a very good business model." Tatiana responded:"The community has taken great care of us, we want to return the favor." All my questions were fully answered with integrity, care, patience, and humor. Later, while talking about financing options and coverage, my finance person, Mike, first wanted to make sure I felt good about everything and that I felt cared about. "We want to make sure you're a happy buyer, but also a happy driver." I absolutely was. Thank you for such a great experience! More
