We are happy with the Subaru we purchased but that is the extent of our happiness. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We had an appointment to test drive a couple of Subarus and when we arrive extent of our happiness. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We had an appointment to test drive a couple of Subarus and when we arrived the salesman was not prepared and had to search the back lot to find what we wanted to test drive which took a while for him to bring one around. We had our car appraised for trade in on and received an insultingly low trade in offer which they hardly negotiated on. We did end up trading it in regardless of the low offer and it now is listed for sale at 10x the initial offer they gave us. On top of the undervalued trade, our time was extremely undervalued as well. We were at the dealership for over 7 hours even though we were told it would be a quick process. We sat for over 2 hours alone just waiting for finance to talk with us and not a single employee came to check on us. I would have walked out if they did not already transfer the license plates to the new car so instead I was stuck waiting. Extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience More
