There’s shows on TV, good coffee selection and a variety of snack options while you wait. They even had treats for my puppy who we brought with us. We bought a Forester Hybrid and they really helped make sure we got the car that we wanted and were happy with the purchase. Our salesperson, Jeremy, was great. He was patient and accommodating. We test drove different cars a couple of months before buying and he was there to help us every time. He was not pushy but us gave us space to think and was just very helpful. The transaction process was straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, costs and all. We really appreciate all the added dealership benefits, especially the one year free maintenance, car key insurance, and limited lifetime powertrain warranty. The Subaru swag they gave as gifts post purchase are also very cool. A few other awesome people also assisted us in the process especially JP in sales, Craig in finance, Darren the manager, and Kristyn of Love Encore. I had two great salesman (Toyota of Ann Arbor) Zachary Hall & Jeremy McNaughton (Subaru of Ann Arbor). I originally came in to work with Zachary Hall on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Well after test driving it, I wasn't too impressed with it. So he introduced me to Jeremy McNaughton at the Subaru dealership nextdoor to the Toyota dealership (their owned by the same owner). Well anyway so I test drove a 2020 Subaru Ascent. I fell in love with it! It drove so smooth and comfortable Ride. Even though it was late Jeremy his manager and Noah Norzaimi (Finance) stayed late to make the deal! I left at 9:30pm on Thursday and came back the next day (Friday) to sign the paperwork. I have worked with several dealerships over the years and the experience I received from both Toyota and Subaru of Ann Arbor is hands down the best service that I have ever received! The communication prior to coming in was great. I traded in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I will continue to come back and tell all friends and family to come here!
