Today, my wife and I had just had one of those occasions with Kylun. A very personable, helpful, and considerate young man who was engaging, thoughtful, and a joy to deal with. He had an understudy with him who was shadowing - it was easy to see why. My initial contact salesman was more than willing to help and answer any questions. Can’t say enough good things about him. However, he was very busy that day so we were left waiting to finish the deal. There were many other sales people standing around but none offered assistance to help our sales person until I went to one and asked if they could help. At that point he did help us while the original salesman worked with other people that were waiting. He did come by and apologize several times but he was doing what he could. Overall, the deal was made (they did lower their price to an amount we wanted) so we are satisfied. We would recommend this dealership to others and return here if they have are vehicle we are interested in.

I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much!

Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

Ask for Rob!!! This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I had a great experience. Our salesman Rob was laid back and fun to work with. He addressed any potential concerns we had and did not shut us down like other places have. The car was in great condition and fairly priced. I absolutely love my BRZ and I constantly get compliments on it all the time. Metro Toyota has a great reputation due to their quality sales and financing services.

Warranty issue on 2017 Tacoma.... - Factory worker

Not happy with customer service. I was supposed to receive a loaner vehicle from them. Instead I was asked for debit card. I will never use them again for service or purchase a vehicle. This was the third time I had to return for the same issue that was not corrected the first time. I've never been asked for a debit card to use a loaner.
