He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and recommend him and the team at Evans for all services and sales needs. John represents Evans in the most positive and professional way. Thanks John. Also want to thank Jerry White for installing the suspension lift on the truck. He did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on everything during the process and gave needed recommendations necessary for the installation. He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. He was always polite and he seemed to want what was best for us.It was a great experience and everyone was wonderful to work with, Wisdom, Bill, and Theresa. It is a 1st class operation. This dealership upholds the highest standard when it comes to buying a vehicle. They make it simple and save you time. I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much!

Take your business anywhere but here. Found out the day we bought a new Toyota Crown, that exact car was selling for $3300 less at a dealership 2 hours south. Called Joe, our salesman, and asked for an explanation. I asked that the sales manager, Scott Duncan, give me a call. No phone call. Called his boss, Bob Piehl. Was told he would investigate. No return phone call. Spoke with Ross Lundqueist, GM at Yark. Was told he would discuss with Bob, no return phone call. Called Bob and was told that they gave me way too much for my pitiful trade in and they would never be able to sell it. My 2017 Prius, which I had purchased new at Yark, sold within 2 weeks. Finally called Toyota Brand Engagement Center. Total waste of my time. They apologized for Yark and was told the GM would call within 48 hours. No phone call. Called engagement center back and explained I never received a call. They responded that they could not make Yark Toyota of Maumee call back! This dealership does not have the courtesy to return my calls and discuss this issue, Hope after reading this you will ask yourself, are you really getting a good deal from this hometown dealership?

Worst experience ever, one star is being generous. Used car had numerous problems as soon as we drove it off the lot. They scanned it the next day and it has a list of issues which magically appeared as soon as we drive away with the check engine, light and coolant light. They are unwilling to fix anything. Steer clear, anywhere else would be better There’s an issue when the manager of the store won’t do anything, but then his boss is his wife and then her boss is her father That says enough right there

Warranty issue on 2017 Tacoma.... - Factory worker

Not happy with customer service. I was supposed to receive a loaner vehicle from them. Instead I was asked for debit card. I will never use them again for service or purchase a vehicle. This was the third time I had to return for the same issue that was not corrected the first time. I've never been asked for a debit card to use a loaner.
