Purchased a 2022 F-150 and am very pleased at how the entire process went. Bryson Teague was the salesman who greeted me on the lot and he was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. While we weren't able to make a deal on the first day I was there, I was surprised when he contacted me a few days later and told me they agreed to the price I had initially offered. They sent all the paperwork to me via docusign which really simplified the process and I was in and out in about 30 min when I went to pick it up. One of the easiest car purchases I have done. Would highly recommend Bryson and the team at Kings Ford. Thank you for a great experience.

We were experiencing some problem with our Lincoln - Dana

We were experiencing some problem with our Lincoln Nautilus and had Lebanon Ford diagnose it. They found the problem to be the transmission which we feared. We were at the end of our extended warranty and made this known. Tyler who was our service manager orchestrated all our work, which was extensive, and was able to get the repairs done under the warranty. He also suggested some other work that was needed which we had done. Our vehicle which is a 2019 has never driven better!! The difference was like night and day and the customer service was above and beyond! I would highly recommend Lebanon Ford!

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the - Lisa H

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Beechmont - abowling00162

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Beechmont Ford, and I especially want to thank my salesman, Jason Scales. Jason made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. He was great to work with, answered all my questions, and made sure I got an extremely good deal on my new Ford F-150 XLT Blackout Edition. I really appreciate the way Jason treated me and the effort he put into making sure everything came together. No pressure, no hassle—just a great buying experience. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Beechmont Ford and definitely ask for Jason Scales. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the experience I had!

⭐️ 1 out of 5 Stars – Avoid Beau Townsend Ford at All - Rusty.l.burnside

⭐️ 1 out of 5 Stars – Avoid Beau Townsend Ford at All CostsDo not buy or service a vehicle here. Katlin the service manager was deceitful and very unprofessional. Ford Corporate just bought back my 2025 F-150 under the Lemon Law, and during that process, I discovered this dealership illegally sold me the truck with an active safety stop-sale recall. My experience with their service department was a complete nightmare:Incompetence: At 2,000 miles, the engine started knocking. A tech told me the engine blew up, but the service manager kept it for days, blamed an "inexperienced" mechanic, and gave me back a broken truck.Dishonesty: They kept my truck for a week for a rear-end recall, claiming they had the parts. They did no work, lied about fixing it, and gave it back unrepaired.Property Damage: They dented my rear quarter panel while it was in their shop. It took three days to fix, and they returned my truck with the entire interior covered in bondo dust.Horrible Service: The staff and management were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. They sell unsafe vehicles, lie about safety repairs, damage your property, and treat you terribly. Take your business elsewhere.

Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and - brudexter

Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and recall on the PCM. I was waited on quickly. I was glad I had an $20 discount since prices have gone up. Thanks for having that available. All went well except recall couldn’t be completed due to Ford server being down. I will have to reschedule for that.

The service department is, by far, the best I've ever - TReid

The service department is, by far, the best I've ever dealt with! I actually live closer to multiple other Ford dealerships, but I chose this one because of the service. The closest Ford dealer to me tried to rip me off on warranty work. My husband called Fuller and they not only handled it correctly and quickly, but they were super professional about the other dealership. They also saved me money on the deductible due to the hassle I'd already dealt with, even though they didn't cause the issue. It's rare to find a mechanic or body shop you can trust. I will always bring my vehicle to them for oil changes, tune ups, and anything else my vehicles need! Last week, I had body work done, and Fuller did an amazing job. My Explorer has not looked better as long as I've owned it, and the service was excellent. They stuck to their time estimate even though I added some extra touch ups, and the cost estimate didn't budge either. The shop manager came out to the garage to confirm I was happy with the work. Also the wonderful gal who checked me out was such a sweetheart. 5 stars!! I'm super picky about customer service and ensuring I get what I pay for, and it's rare that I give such good reviews. But Fuller deserves these praises, and more. I'll always look to them first any time I need my car serviced or to shop for a Ford.

Although I had a pitiful experience with the sales dept, - jdwayne

Although I had a pitiful experience with the sales dept, I continue to used the service dept. I have always been treated right by Marty and will continue to take my vehicle there for quality service
