Gabe was amazing! I was given his name by another of his customers so I called ahead with a couple of choices I was looking at and he had them ready and waiting when we arrived. We ended up driving 3 different vehicles that day, made a trip to the bank and we were still in and out in 3 hours. The first hour and half was spent driving and deciding which one we wanted so to be fair, Gabe had all the paperwork done, car cleaned again, gas tank filled, and on our way in 1.5 hours. Our next purchase will come from Gabe at Wally Armour!

I had been buying cars at Lakeland Dodge for the last 20 years. I had NO idea that a few years ago they had been bought by new ownership and were now Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Greenville. So I was a little nervous as I talked about my history with previous ownership and how well they took care of me. Enter Maxine (Max) Bookamer! Even without any past history with the staff there, she completely made me feel valued like they were the ones that had been serving me for the last 20 years. Any question I had, and I ask a LOT of questions, she would answer or let me know she would get the answer for me. As I was trying to decide on vehicles, I made her go on multiple test drives with me. It included multiple days of test drives, and multiple locations. Side note, she’s a great tour guide of Conneaut Lake! And as I was deciding on a vehicle, she was so in tune with my preferences, that she knew what vehicle was my best fit. She didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into another vehicle. She made sure I got the vehicle that was the right fit for me😊 Throughout the whole process she was SO good in the timeliness and thoroughness of her communications! And like I said before, she did a great job of making me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time working with her. But I can promise you it won’t be the last! I look forward to continuing to buy vehicles from people I can trust, and Max Bookamer is definitely someone you can trust!

While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car.
