Paul and the crew were amazing and very attentive to my needs and also very aware and I can really appreciate that about a person. There was one other guy who attitude stinks but I don’t let stuff like that bother me, it was still a really good buying experience for me. Hopefully that guy can do better because you never know what people are going through. Paul, thanks so much for your help, you took Whole lot of weight off my back.

I recently purchased a 2024 Silverado ZR2, and I have to - Znugen

I recently purchased a 2024 Silverado ZR2, and I have to say this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had. James Glenn was fantastic from the beginning. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was taken care of without ever making me feel pressured. Kyle Thompson, the Sales Manager, was also incredible. He worked directly with me to hammer out the deal and was extremely quick and efficient throughout the process. He really went to work to put together the best deal possible and came up with some creative ways to make the numbers work. You could tell he was focused on earning my business and getting the deal done the right way. Josh Lutz in Finance was the perfect way to finish the experience. He had everything ready to go, made the paperwork and e-signing process incredibly easy, and there was absolutely no pressure. He explained everything clearly, kept things moving, and had me in and out without the typical drawn-out finance experience. James, Kyle, and Josh all played a part in making this a great experience. From working the deal, to getting the paperwork done, to driving away in my Silverado ZR2, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend asking for James Glenn and letting Kyle Thompson and Josh Lutz take care of the rest. Great team and a great experience!

This is the best experience I have had with a car dealership. The salesperson, Jerry Entingh was so professional and knowledgeable. I've called him since and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and will be reaching out to them in the future if I'm in the market again.

We had a fantastic experience at Coughlin Kia of Lewis - rbsoh76

We had a fantastic experience at Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center while purchasing our 2026 Kia Seltos LX. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and completely at ease. The entire process was smooth, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Our salesman, Karim, was outstanding. He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to what we were looking for, and never once made us feel pressured. Instead of pushing a sale, he focused on helping us find the right fit for our needs. That made a huge difference and turned what can often be a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. We truly appreciated the friendly, low-pressure environment and the level of care we received. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you like family and values your comfort throughout the process, we highly recommend Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center—especially Karim.
