Mr. Young....normally I would say thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your experience, however, after personally investigating your accusations, I will not be doing so.  Here is what I learned from both our salesperson and our general manager:  It was clear from the outset of your last visit that you came in with a chip on your shoulder about our operation.  You looked at two of our over 100 inventory vehicles and voiced multiple issues with each.  Turns out one unit simply required a battery replacement (we quickly replace the battery and sold it the next day) and the other unit needed absolutely nothing (I drove it for two days to see for myself if there were any issues).   In your review you mentioned you have been in this "trade" for 30 years but didn't bother to elaborate what that meant. For our staff, the average tenure in the automobile business is about 32 years therefore I can assure you what you claim to be the "worst", unsafe vehicles you have seen is ludacris.  Perplexing commentary to say the least.  Bottom line...we have received numerous 4 & 5-star ratings over the years and, while we've never claimed to being mistake-free or simply having overlooked an issue from time to time, an organization like ours doesn't stay in business very long if we are placing our customers in precarious/dangerous situations. Mr. Christensen, you are obviously a con man and do not know much about the mechanics of a vehicle. As for being unfair. I was actually holding back and will be in the process of having your business investigated by the attorney general. I'm sorry if your staff thought I had a chip on my shoulder. They probably just aren't used to having a knowledgeable consumer and skilled technician actually look at your inventory and your response shows me that it intimidates and worries you about my findings. Your cars are being sold with false repairs and you are adding that to the price of the car. That is false representation and is a felony. Good luck staying in business. If you drove the vehicle that I drove and feel there was no problem with it you have to be a very uneducated individual. The fact that the rotors were not replaced and the lugs nuts holding the rear wheel on where severely damaged says all I need to know about the quality you except and should be ashamed of yourself. You will be hearing more from me and hope I can put your shame of a business out for good. Maybe go into a different line of work.
