Beth especially was a great sales woman. She was not the typical “shark like” salesperson people always fear. She was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, far from “pushy” in making a sale. Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. They delivered. Delivery drivers left immediately. I drove the vehicle. Heard grinding. Took to my mechanic the very next day. I thought it was something minor like a wheel bearing. I was going to handle it. The carrier bearing in the differential was grinding horribly. I communicated all this with the salesman. Called several times spoke to several managers. They were all going to get back to me. No return calls after I spoke to them several times. Ask him to please return my call that day. Literally they are 4 hours away from me. Mechanic said it was not safe to drive back to Panama city. Took videos of the teardow, take pictures of all the damaged parts, sent them directly to them. I've been very patient. I gave them 2 weeks. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I'd feel better if they just told me to go fly a kite. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they had the last one on earth. If I could rate them a zero I would. Beware all potential customers do not buy a car from these people. Save yourself the trouble.

Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. Grant was great to work with - great communication, great follow-up, he continues to check in on my satisfaction 4 months after purchase. B

The most honest, trustworthy and helpful car dealer I have ever purchased a car from. I'm a senior and have purchased many cars during my lifetime. Tell them the automobile you want and they will do everything they can to get what you want for a fair price. Everyone there make you feel like family. I have never had to bargain to get a fair price. Everyone is so pleasant, helpful, honest and make me feel like family. Their shop is also present and good. This is where I have purchased my last several cars from and will continue purchasing cars from. Thanks to the salesman Ricky, management and the team.

UPDATE: Mr. Price personally helped out with my issue and resolved it accordingly. I really appreciate that my second experience was way better!! Scheduled an appointment over a month out for service. My vehicles back window is leaking. GMC Sierra 1500. Dropped off my vehicle at 8am for what I thought was an 8:30 appointment. I was sadly mistaken. I didn’t not receive any communication from the service department. Once the time hit about 2:30 in the afternoon, my wife and I were nearby so I stopped in. I asked about an update and was told that they had not even looked at my truck yet. I proceeded to leave to await a phone call. I got that phone call about 30 minutes later. I was then told that they had window assembly would need to be resealed (something that was fairly obvious when I made the appointment over a month ago). Unfortunately they ran out of sealant/solvent because “we have had to do a few of these in the past few weeks.” So not only was I out an entire day at work for absolutely nothing to be done, I now have to take it back in on Monday for it to be fixed because after they didn’t look at it all day and didn’t have the parts to fix it, they made a phone call to another store to source the parts. Something that could have/should have been done in the morning after they should have looked at my truck at the prescribed appointment time. To say I’m disappointed is underselling it. I honestly wanted to trade in that truck right then and go buy another Ford like I had before. Thanks for not much David Carter and whoever the service manager is. I will not be recommending that anyone do business with this dealership. This is my Ted Talk, a disgruntled veteran.

I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt. The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner. I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
