Everyone was so very helpful. I hadn't seen anything that I wanted for months on the service road on the way home everyday. Had been wanting a new truck forever it seemed. I had a 2010 F150 the color I loved (the beautiful Royal Blue but just wanted a new one. They got on line found what we thought I would like. That got pretty darn close. I have yet to drive it but know that I'll be just fine especially a really good radio. Yea 94.1 The Wolf. not so great of a deal needs 4 tires. listed as a prius4 far from that. its a prius 2 missing options that the add said it had feel cheated as car was not as they said it was way over blue book value no safty inspection done no oil change done cant drive car with 4 bad`tires. send email they dont return phone calls so now i got others involed i am sure they dont care be warned the add may not be for the car car may be unsafe to drive off the lot and make sure you look car over they tell you its ok to make the sale dont trust the sales man word for anything i was told they dont care if i ever come back greed over truth dont be a fool like me and fall for the fake add this is not the first car they used a add that didnt fit the car just to make money

We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth before we were doing anything else she brought another guy out. I assume he was the sales manager. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion.
