Golden circle ford lincoln in jackson, tn is a great dealership. The staff from the agents to the managers are very helpful and trying all they can to give a customer service satisfaction. My family were very thankful especially to Rachel Haggard and the managers that help us for our 2nd purchase of Lincoln vehicle. Rachel were very professional, respectful, and very flexible to help us with our new Lincoln Nautilus which is an excellent vehicle. This car reminds me of Michael Mcconaughey of how luxurious is the vehicle. I love my Lincoln Nautilus, just love it. Thank you so much Rachel , the staffing, and the management for great customer service! More

2022 Ford F-250 platinum I purchased online after being assured everything was in great shape. What a lie. As soon as I received it I could tell the front end was messed up. Trac bar replacement and ball j assured everything was in great shape. What a lie. As soon as I received it I could tell the front end was messed up. Trac bar replacement and ball joint. Holes in the roof from someone having antennas on it. Numerous paint chips all over it. Crome strip missing on power steps. Would never buy from them again. You pay over $70,000 for a truck and Golden Circle Ford gives me a money pit. More
