I've grown to like the looks of the New Honda Ridgeline. So I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and met Shane. He was not pushy but let me take my time to really get to know the truck. We took a test drive: and I fell in love with with the Ridgeline. Went home, got my wife, and went back for her to have a drive. Shane led me through the entire purchase process. Not only can u purchase the car cheaper online but they finalized the deal with free shipping 5 hour drive one way to my front door. Who does that?????????? I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. The actual process of purchasing car took 20 min. I purchased a 370z and was the best deal and nicest car I seen online after looking for 4 months. Hand down, their the bomb……..

Hannah always communicates and lets me know what's going on and keep me updated daily when my jeep is in the shop. Probably would have sold my jeep a long time ago if it wasn't for the wonderful experience I have working with her! Best service advisor ever. I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

I saw there car online, they sent me extensive pictures, we negotiated the deal, then they even picked me up at the airport. Robbie went through every option on the car with me. Deserve zero stars!!!Not only do they continue to change the deal ( raising price from original cost after I said I would buy, because the boss said they could not sell so cheap), but they sell crap!!! My vehicle needed over $1500 worth of work within two weeks of purchase. This was transmission work, that they knew about, but did not disclose. They hide behind their "as is" sticker and try to make you sign a non arbitration form ( Don't sign!!). They are the reason used car dealers have bad reputations. Walk away from this dealership.

They are very easy going businessmen, not the typical used car salesmen who try to hassle you to make a deal. They gave me the highest trade in value I've ever received on one of my vehicles. Chris and Chris have always been very pleasant to deal with, and any time I've asked for help, they are there for me; from mechanic referrals to oil changes, they are always willing to give a helping hand.
