I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

Everything was OK until we got to Christopher Hamilton (the finance guy). When I asked him about extending the time before my first payment he did the figures and told me it would cost more to extend it. I told him to change it back, and guess what, he didn't. Chris, I told you I leave reviews. Guess you didn't believe me. Well, here you go. Do what the customer asks you to do next time. It's my money, not yours. All in all, I probably wouldn't buy a car from this place again, and I would suggest people buy from somewhere else. The car I got had some brake issues and rattles for no dang reason all the time, and it's a "new" car. I don't know if it is just nissans build quality, or something else.

The service was great. Everyone was very pleasant. The facility was very clean. Stan was very helpful in the additional help I needed outside of my oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was in and out in an hour.

Buyer beware. They will take your money. Then sell your vehicle to someone else. Then give you the run around for weeks without refund! Good luck getting anyone on the phone too. All voicemails are full. And no one answers. Read all the negative reviews. Run far and fast from this dealership!

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
