This is the absolute worst dealership which is full of crooks and liars. I wish I could rate it 0 stars!! I purchased a vehicle here and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. It was my first vehi crooks and liars. I wish I could rate it 0 stars!! I purchased a vehicle here and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. It was my first vehicle in 10 years. I was sales pressured into the purchase by multiple men, at the dealership, telling me I was getting such a good deal repeatedly. I made the mistake of being a woman and going by myself. The very next morning, I tried to return the vehicle thinking I had a 3 day cooldown period. I had the vehicle for less than 12 hours and they refused to take it back. Then I found out the "certified vehicle" I bought was not Nissan certified. Instead I was lied to and they had tricked me into purchasing a 3rd party extended warranty which was non-refundable. I was flabbergasted!! It was never told to me that it was non-refundable and that little statement was hidden in the paperwork. Not only that, I was lied to and told I had to purchase the environmental protection plan. Another outright lie! I was suckered into buying the vehicle with many many lies by multiple men....So back to me trying to return the car. I was told I could trade it in but I could not get any money back for the extended warranty or the protection plan that I had just purchased less than 12 hours ago. TF??? This dealership, and its thieves, essential stole $8K from me. This place is full of criminals with NO souls. Karma is real and I know those xxxxx will get what is due to them!!! But DO NOT purchase a vehicle here. Take your hard earned money to a place that deserves your business!! To this day, I am still pissed off at how a bunch of men rallied together to steal from a woman!!! There is more I want to say, but I will leave it at this. F*xx THIS DEALERSHIP!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! More
