Lots of new cars.lots of car dealers. Started at Millinax where Coop was very knowledgeable and showed us the differences between models. He treated us with respect and patience. Answered all our questions. Then we went to 7 other dealerships where they were pushy and frankly deceitful. Millinax had great prices. No haggle no pushing.and the paperwork matched what they said. They treated us with respect as seasoned car buyers. What a difference. I bought from Coop!

I would have rated 5, but I found my vehicle door handle 'broken' and the door ajar. Got John to investigate and he found part of the handle on the ground. Very disappointed how the vehicle was found on the lot. John reattached the handle. I hope that no issues will occur because of the tampering with the door.

Truly one of the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. 80% of the deal/sales transaction was done via computer and cell phone. I sent pictures of my vehicle and Angela sent me Gilbert’s offer. My local Ford Dealer, Sunrise Ford of Ft Pierce FL, offered me $27,000 for the trade and Gilbert’s number was over $31,000. Gilbert also does not force any dealer options on a buyer. Sunrise has three different options already applied and charge you $1,400. Between the trade number difference, the lack of any dealer options and $800 in lower dealer fees, I saved $4,700 with my purchase at Gilbert Ford. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive to purchase my new F350. Angela was really a pleasure to deal with and Lee (sales manager) is a true professional.
