We have purchased from our local Autonation dealership in the past. We used them last week to buy a used vehicle. The salesmen were top notch and the GM is the best in town!

Before his appointment, he still took the time to let me test-drive the vehicle I was interested in and made sure I was connected with someone who could answer all my questions. Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

I have been a long time customer of Bondy's, specifically; Trader's Hill, today I had a wonderful experience there, with several of their employee's. Trey is a young salesman who could literally sell Ice to an Eskimo. He had a great personality, you could tell he was extremely well driven, and his people skills were ON POINT! Mrs. Lori, a service writer, who has always taken great care of me, did her usual and got the information needed to address the problem I was experiencing with my truck. She then hooked me up with Vicky, one of the shuttle drivers. Ms. Vicky, who I learned is from New York, was extremely energetic, she cut up with me the whole ride; we talked about food and our different tastes the majority of the time. Last but not least, I got to see a long time friend of mine, Ms. Susan. She told me today that she's been at Bondy's for 37 years. We swapped pictures of her grandchildren and my daughter, and determined that dogs are no doubt gods angels in some way, shape or form. It says a whole bunch about a company to keep an employee around for 37 years. Well done Bondy's! It was truly a great experience!

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. They delivered. Delivery drivers left immediately. I drove the vehicle. Heard grinding. Took to my mechanic the very next day. I thought it was something minor like a wheel bearing. I was going to handle it. The carrier bearing in the differential was grinding horribly. I communicated all this with the salesman. Called several times spoke to several managers. They were all going to get back to me. No return calls after I spoke to them several times. Ask him to please return my call that day. Literally they are 4 hours away from me. Mechanic said it was not safe to drive back to Panama city. Took videos of the teardow, take pictures of all the damaged parts, sent them directly to them. I've been very patient. I gave them 2 weeks. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I'd feel better if they just told me to go fly a kite. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they had the last one on earth. If I could rate them a zero I would. Beware all potential customers do not buy a car from these people. Save yourself the trouble.

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

This has been an awful experience buying a used vehicle. As told it was serviced and inspected and after a week I have found so many problems that was unmentioned to me. I have taken it back and was told they did another inspection and yet again still issues are arising and they are claiming nothing is wrong but multiple mechanics are telling me otherwise! Don’t buy here is buying used!!!
