I want to thank Kooper Kearns for his help recently as I was traveling from Fayette County GA to Tallahassee, FL. My car started making a strange noise. I could not tell if it was coming from the engine o was traveling from Fayette County GA to Tallahassee, FL. My car started making a strange noise. I could not tell if it was coming from the engine or if I had run over something that was stuck under my car. He drove my car and determined immediately it was the splash shield. He secured the shield and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Excellent service and kindness for a woman almost stranded. His mother should be very proud of him. More

Had appt didn’t pull trick in shop for 45 minutes, it sat in bay. They took another customer car in that came in after me. Claimed I have oil leak , my truck has not leaked any oil on my driveway. Girl took a pic but not sure when it was taken, I feel Like it was another way they were trying to get &$ out of me. Didn’t have oil in shop for my truck, they had to order it n go pick it up, I called the day before made the appt n told lady it was a Chevy diesel I had bought from dealership. They did service that I told lady no I didn’t need but was done anyway. They did reset oil life but Did not reset fuel filter and air filter life in truck. I pulled back in shop n told them, they didn’t reset fuel filter. The service writers didn’t know how to test fuel or air filter so they played with it til they reset it. I had to rest the air filter myself. The $$ on labor charges are ridiculous. They ask if I wanted front end alignment I declined, was ask again, I told them when I got new tires in a month I would get one then. I am very disappointed with entire service n I have NEVER paid the $$ on previous diesels I ve had at other dealerships. More
