Brought the truck in, had a leaky roof tailgate opened up - Abaut45

Brought the truck in, had a leaky roof tailgate opened up by itself and had a region problem with my diesel. They fixed the roof repaired the tailgate good as new looked into the region problem could not find a problem told me to come back if it happens again.

Excellent service. Al Rosseter and James made a superb team. My 2015 MKC has never been serviced other than here. These guys are considerate professionals who have never talked down to me. Their responses to my questions are delivered thoroughly and quickly, demonstrating their understanding of my vehicle and me. They worked with my insurance company and the rental car agency to make sure I received the service possible. I am back in my car and am a very, very happy 78 year old!!

We had a wonderful experience during the purchase of our New Ford Mach E. George Krombs (Sales Associate), great response while we were waiting for our Mach E to show up. Knowledgeable, polite, and very easy to talk and work with. Darren Mathews (Sales Manager) was respectful and straight to the point and did what needed to be done to earn our business. Mike Stringer (Finance Manager) was easy to talk to didn't push anything extra, well he did but saying "no" once was enough to close the question. Overall great experience in buying our new car. A complete waist of time, can't believe folks like this are even still in business. Watch your back on trade in, the "boy" with moose in his hair running numbers for trade in's must think everyone is an idiot, I'm not sure which backside he kissed to get his job but hopefully for the sake of the dealership he won't have the job much longer. Internet prices fluctuating all over the place, I really suggest driving a little further (ron anderson) for a much better and straight forward deal.
