My car buying experience at Lithia Springs Ford was excellent at every level. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and proficient in each of their respective roles. All of my concerns were addressed, and I was treated kindly and respectfully through the entire process. Highly recommend and would definitely buy here again. Oh...and I love my new truck!

David and I loved the car. We had a few personal circumstances in order to complete the transaction. My sales man was joe he went above and beyond.. he got me in my 2026 maverick witch is absolutely love. Then when getting my maverick home my wife fell for the ford escape plug in hybrid. So it was a little out of reach on payment and joe and his crew went above and beyond. Joe got down in the trenches to get me a escape for the payment that was within my budget. Joe communicated well sold me 2 two vehicles checked up on me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Filled up my vehicles transported them to me and followed a tight communicative deal. Then after rolling up that maverick was looking so slick he hooked up a good buddy of mine with a maverick and transported it to him as well... ive never been treated so good in my life these guys here made me feel like I deserved the best. And wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again. Ps also Molly she was very communicative made sure that all the paper work was ready and stayed on the phone with me through the entire process.

I want to be very clear that my salesperson was excellent — responsive, kind, and the only consistent communicator throughout this entire process. She did her best within a situation that was clearly outside of her control, and she deserves recognition for that. Unfortunately, the overall dealership experience was extremely disappointing. After paperwork was completed and my trade was surrendered, communication from the dealership all but disappeared. Timelines shifted repeatedly, questions went unanswered, and attempts to get clear information in writing were ignored. Most concerning was the complete lack of engagement from management, including the General Manager. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve concerns, there was no proactive outreach, no apology, and no meaningful effort to make the situation right. Any goodwill provided was minimal and only after I insisted at delivery. I am now in the vehicle, but the process to get here was stressful, unnecessarily chaotic, and handled poorly by dealership leadership. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the dealership, despite having been a repeat customer. I would recommend the salesperson without hesitation. I cannot recommend the dealership or its management based on this experience.
