Michael buck is a phenomenal salesman. He understood exactly what we wanted and didn’t at all try to push anything else onto us. It truly felt like he worked towards what was in our best interest. The finance manager, Joseph on the other hand is very pushy to make a decision on something you do not want and degraded my boyfriend when asking questions. His reply about service package questions were “ well that’s great you can do oil changes but are you also a software engineer” we stood our ground and walked out with what we wanted. had it been ANY other salesman, than Michael, we would have walked away. Thank you Mr buck for working with us!

Quick friendly service. Need an oil change and will go back there when we have a moment. The Ford dealer we bought the vehicle at doesn’t have enough staff or something because they can never see you without making you wait for hours on end. It’s nice that Wade Ford was able to confirm our exttemed warranty because we are almost out of money at which time no one will care about us but Ford and the banks so they can repo everything we own to punish us for my love of Jesus, Jehovah, God and all the angels and their children that tried to help me because apparently God never says fudge.

It was a 2016 and has 58000 miles on it. after owning it for approximately 60 days I found out It needed a Catalytic Converter which costs $3200 to fix. I reported it to my sales guy Justin Parker and he went through the grapevine and secured a $1200 discount. He is a very good salesman and takes pride in his product and the Ford Dealership. I’ve been doing business with Don Rich Ford for more than 50 years. That fact alone speaks for itself. They are friendly, honest, and efficient. They are my go to for service even though I have to drive 20 miles while passing another closer dealership. I am always treated like family anytime I am in the building. In 2022 we ordered a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited. When it arrived it was not as we had ordered. Since we had already sold our other vehicles, we had no choice but accept it. Bart worked with us on a reorder and got us into a new 2023 Explorer Limited at a very reasonable exchange. That is the kind of family owned business they have been for generations.
