What a wonderful car buying experience! I never thought I would say that about vehicle shopping. I have never had a great experience when car shopping. My past experiences were that they kept you there for hours and tried to browbeat you into a decision or agreeing to their prices or terms. BUT THIS experience with Andy Shaw Ford and specifically with Dustin Shuler was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Dustin was no stress, no hassle. He gave us a very fair price for our trade in and then we did the financing and was out of there in less than an hour with a beautiful new truck! Great work changing spark plugs! - Walter James

Had the plugs changed in my 2008 mustang gt and I'm sure glad I let Roger Shiflett Ford handle this work. The plugs are the the 2 piece type and as I suspected 2 of them broke when being removed. I knew when reading about replacing these type plugs that they are prone to breaking. But no problem for Roger Shiflett staff. They have the proper equipment to handle this and I'm glad that I let them do the work. I was treated with respect and will be taking my service work to Roger Shiflett in the future as I have in the past. Very well pleased!

I had to pay an extra $9000 to install a new motor just a few weeks after buying my pickup truck from Sisk. The first question I asked the sales rep, Jay, about this truck was: “Is this the original motor?” I asked because it only had 18k miles on it. He said yes, but it was not true. I learned later a new motor had been installed, but it was installed improperly. Because of this, it broke down on me soon after buying it. When I pointed this info out to Jay, he said “I was only telling you what I was told.” I asked him to have the manager or owner call me. They wouldn’t even call me. This is shameful. They claim to review their used vehicles carefully, and are reputable, but they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I asked 3 times for just a phone call. Nothing.
