Nigel did a wonderful job in assisting me. He answered all of my questions and I had a few. He did a good job in selling the front end alignment and cabin filter replacement. Going in I wasn’t going to get the front end alignment. But after discussing it with Nigel I decided to get it done. The oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change and front end alignment took only 1 1/2 hours. I was delighted when Nigel told me my car was ready. Another A+ for the service department. Management on the service side operates unprofessionally, relaying on the "good old boy" system rather than holding individuals accountable for their actions. They prioritize protecting their own. Disappointing experience!!!
