Tyler met me at the door and helped me check out the vehicle, test drive, and fill out the application. There was no pressure, no haggling over price since all their vehicles are priced at their lowest option. The finance manager was helpful and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, at the last minute, I needed to sleep on the decision since it was a big purchase for me. They totally understood and I ended up returning when they opened the next day and I'm so glad I did. I am so happy with my vehicle. It's the first newer vehicle I've purchased in a long time! Such a positive experience and not like past experiences when you get chased down by the salesperson and drive you crazy!

My son and I recently purchased an Elantra from Lee. Worked with PJ and Sebastian. Many promises were made that ultimately did not come to fruition. We were told that the price of the vehicle would one number but ultimately the price was higher than promised. Another example, after running credit reports we were told what the interest rate would be but when the final deal was proposed the rate was higher. In addition, we were told that the negotiated price included ceramic seal coating but the final deal included an additional $500 for the coating. We dropped off car to get the coating applied which was supposed to to take a day to get done but the coating was done in 2 hours-Not even sure if the service was actually completed. I would have walked from the deal but my son loved the car. Proceed with caution and expect the unexpected....not in a good way.

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

I was on-site ready to buy a vehicle and they sold it out from under me. “ Hello Mr Nelson this is Todd from Smart Cars by Wieland the GX Lexus is out at the moment Bella let the customers take it to pre sell inspection” Sent to me moments after I called to say I was on my way with payment and insurance. I walked in the door and John looked me in the eye and said “don’t worry I was very firm with them that you were going to buy the truck”. He sent me to lunch to wait for the vehicle. John had me waiting for over 3 hours before telling me he had sold the vehicle to someone These folks lied to my face and wasted a total of 2 days and over $100 of mine. I have bought lots of cars over the years. I strongly suggest you avoid these clowns

I worked with Justin Sutton and he was kind, honest, straight forward and didn't play the typical "salesman game." He went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. The entire team of professionals were great to work with. Tim, the finance manager worked very hard to accomodate me in every way and is continuing to work on getting me the best interest rate possible. Just wanted to share my recent experience with the folks at Frema Motors in Goldsboro. I sent out an interest in buying a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve vehicle via the Edmonds web site. Frank Aanenson, the sales consultant from Frema responded to the request quickly. They quoted a price that was really good; too good to believe. As it turned out, it was a mistake. Frank called me and told me the price they quoted was wrong. Howard, the sales manager, accidentally quoted a price on the lower trim level of the CX-5 Grand Touring. Their quote, even for that vehicle, was very competitive. Despite the mistake, Howard honored the quote. I suspect they took a loss on the car. But it was more important to them to do right by the customer than to avoid the loss. If you are in the market for a Mazda or Volkswagon, I'd recommend you give Frema Motors a chance to earn your business.

I am writing this review to warn all consumers reading this to NEVER do any business with this 5 Points Auto Masters and their other lousy, crooked so-called "dealership", Kelly and Kelly Investments; both of which are located on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville, NC. These crooks do nothing but sell unsuspecting consumers these way overpriced LEMONS, keeping a set of the LEMON'S keys so they can sneak back and "repossess" the LEMON when the unsuspecting consumer misses one of the outrageously exorbitant so-called "monthly payments" they extort from the consumer. These crooks use these weak, ineffectual and non-existent so-called "laws" that now exist pertaining to used cars to their crooked, sleazy advantage and the poor, unsuspecting consumer is really unable to do NOTHING but maybe file a useless lawsuit. Unless and until these laws are changed, especially in this state of North Carolina, pertaining to these used car dealerships, consumers will continue to be at the mercy of these crooked, shady, unscrupulous SCAM ARTISTS like this 5 Points Auto Masters and Kelly and Kelly Investments. (Which is the same people, by the way.).
