I had a 2pm appointment to fix the interior lights on my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. I got.to the dealership at 1:50. At 1:55 they took my Jeep into the service area. At 2:30 my Jeep was back in the service drive in. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Thanks Brooks for the fantastic service

After I got home I started checking the papers I had signed and seen they had charged me more than what Carfax had it listed for. So don't do like me and trust these people. I needed my transmission services for scheduled maintenance. They were super busy and only had appointments out about a month. I was told to come in the next morning and they would work me in. Upon getting there at 7:30 they seemed confused and said I had to schedule it. After I told them that I was told to come in they chatted for awhile and finally said they would do it while I waited. My advisor was Jose/Juan (apologies for now recalling) I believe and he was super friendly and helpful. I’m very happy how it turned out and no longer worried about the transmission.

Wagoneers are dented on rear hatch 2023/2024! MFG DEFECT! Beware!! Do not buy! Jeep not standing behind defect. Expect customers to accept defective product! $80k for defective dents! Legal is involved. Jeep needs to issue national recall per 4 different dealers! Owners/Jeep rep make fun of buyer in back office! Have recording! Have not once reached out to customer to try and fix issue! They will not stand behind product! MFG OR OWNER! RUN!!!
