Waited 6 months, spoke to 2 men and made 4 trips there before my car had the part and was installed. Outrageous! The reason it happened finally was because of JENNIFER TUCKER! She simply did her job! Seeing it through from beginning to end. Offering exceptional customer service. I also had the most pleasant experience with a young man by the name of Joseph Mauck while waiting clear through to leaving. These two employees are exceptional people and truly an asset to your team. They could definitely have a class with other's there and show them what excellent customer service looks like.

I worked with Jud Morris, and he was exceptionally patient, responsive, and helpful, making it easy to get into the exact car I was looking for and asked for. He also wasn't pushy, didn't try to upsell me, and gave me really transparent out-the-door pricing right from the start when I asked for it. I went into the buying experience really nervous and did a lot of research to pick a dealer, and I'm so glad I landed at Berglund and got to work with Jud. Priority put a Ridgeline on their website and I was dropping our jeep off for an oil change, and went to look at the car. I talked to one of their sales people and they said the car had not been processed yet so I couldn't take it on a test drive. So I made an appointment for Wednesday to see the car. It still hadn't been processed. I was assured that It would be available Sat morning so if I got there first thing I would have first crack at it. So after stringing me along for a week they sold it to an employee on Friday. I can't really blame the employee for wanting to buy it. It looked in excellent condition. But once they advertised it on their website, the employee should not have been able to buy it before the general public.

I purchased a Honda Element just 3 weeks ago. When I drove it, I noticed a chip in the windshield so I pointed it out to Clay, the salesman who was nice at the time and said he would have it taken care of and fixed for me. My dad and I made sure of this before I purchased it. Clay got in touch with me and made an appt to have it fixed. I drove 2 hours to come back to town to have it fixed for him to have it for almost 5 hours which I then called to check about it,which he then tells me that the polyurethane couldn't get inside of the hole and that the only other option would be to replace it and he said but he couldn't do that. My dad got on the phone with him and told him he had said he would have it fixed whether it be fixing it or having it replaced and Clay just said he couldn't do anything about it. We told him I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and he was a smarty and says ok. Basically I feel like he got his sale so what else does he have to do after lying to my face. I am NOT happy about this.

I flew to Virginia from Minnesota to pick up the awesome - minnesotabobby

I flew to Virginia from Minnesota to pick up the awesome truck that they had. I drove it all the way pack to Minnesota through seven states. It was such an incredible vehicle.. However, there was no sales tax calculated with the purchase, So to register for title they are asking for additional $2000. So I have not been able to register the vehicle. The tunnel cover on the back of the truck will not open. So I had to take the vehicle to a mechanic. It turns out that the tail gate on the vehicle is also broken and wont open. So I have to pay to repair both the tail gate and the tunnel cover on a vehicle that I just purchased. They said the vehicle passed the State of Virginia inspection. I don't believe in allowing dealers to be able to sell damaged vehicles. Especially with the prices that auto buyers are asked to pay. And why does a vehicle that passed a state vehicle inspection also have to be repaired.
