Motor Mile Subaru completely changed my opinion of dealership service centers! The trunk on my Subaru wasn’t opening fully, and another auto shop quoted me over $3,000 to fix it, saying it was a tr dealership service centers! I’ve avoided dealership service centers my entire life, but I decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did. Everyone treated me kindly, and I settled into their comfortable lounge expecting a two- to three-hour wait. Less than 30 minutes later, Tom came back and told me my car was ready. The trunk was working, and my total charge was $0! They didn’t even charge me to look at it. I asked a couple of times because I could hardly believe I had gone from a quote of over $3,000 to paying nothing. Tom simply said they were happy they could help and would love to see me again. I just leased a 2026 Crosstrek at Motor Mile Subaru… I can’t thank them enough for their support and time spent with me, car buying is not always fun but necessary in this day and age. I was totally honest with what my thoughts were ( brought in my 2013 Outback for some work and found I wouldn’t pass inspection) and most importantly I needed answers to my questions. There was no pressure, they listened and helped to guide me towards the best decision for myself. Very easy to work with, extremely helpful…actually made a follow up appointment to see what questions or concerns you have with your vehicle. Lots of technology going on these days, so you need to learn and they are willing to teach… patiently! Definitely give these folks an opportunity to help you find what is right for you.
