Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Bought new 2026 Trax on 7/30/2026. I am 83, and over the years I bought all of my vehicles from GM dealers, and this by far was the most pleasant and most straight forward deal of all. Sales gal, Kristen Taylor, Grant Williams, sales manager, and Leo Mciver, finance manager were all very accommodating.. And, they gave a lifetime/unlimited miles power train warranty on new vehicle buys.. This is an unheard of, free perk, so why would I go anywhere else?

ZERO TRANSPARENCY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID MIGUEL PEREZI was fully ready to purchase a new Chevrolet Colorado LT today, Sunday. We had a deal locked in on the Out-the-Door (OTD) price, and I was told my credit had already been approved through GM Financial with a great promotional interest rate.The issue started when I asked the salesperson, Miguel Perez, for a simple screenshot or photo of the official credit approval sheet to confirm that the rate and the monthly payment we agreed on were being honored in writing before making the drive to the dealership. Since I work consecutive 12-hour shifts at the beginning of the week, today was my only day off, and I refused to go in blindly and waste my time.Miguel completely refused to send any digital proof, making the old excuse that "the system doesn't allow it." When I stood my ground demanding basic transparency, his attitude became completely unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive, bluntly telling me that if I wanted to come I could, and if not, don't.It is a shame that Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville loses a guaranteed vehicle sale due to obsolete pressure tactics and the terrible attitude of salespeople like Miguel Perez. They shamelessly play games with customers' time. If you want honesty and transparency, look for another dealership.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service experience I have had with Ourisman Chevrolet of Alexandria has been exceptionally poor. My 2024 Chevrolet Equinox suffered a serious drivability problem and was left at the dealership on a Saturday. The following Tuesday, I received a very limited update acknowledging that the vehicle was making a rattling noise and having difficulty shifting. Since then, despite the dealership having the vehicle for more than a week, I have received no diagnosis, no explanation of what testing has been performed, no repair plan, and no estimate of when I might get the vehicle back. I have called and texted repeatedly, essentially every day. Calls go only to voicemail, never to a human. I have attempted to reach management. I have been told that someone would get back to me and then heard nothing. After more than a week, I still do not know what is wrong with my vehicle or when I can reasonably expect it back. Service this poor is a choice, not simply a process problem. A difficult diagnosis may take days. Returning a phone call or sending a two-minute status update does not. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
